For Jose, the answer was simple. Growing up in a small town just north of the Tri-Cities, he was raised on values like keeping your word and starting your day early to be prepared. These principles shaped his approach. Too often, homeowners would share stories of contractors who never showed up or left them with nothing more than an ambiguous number. Jose realized that by simply showing up on time and being transparent, he could stand out—and he did. This commitment to honesty and reliability became the foundation of King Roofing LLC and the key to its success.

Shortly after, Jose’s brother, Oscar Suarez, joined the team. Bringing his marketing expertise and the same core values, Oscar helped expand the company’s reach while maintaining its commitment to integrity and exceptional service. Together, they’ve built a company rooted in trust, hard work, and a dedication to making every homeowner’s experience positive and stress-free.
